Customers can choose to run any commercially available or custom Affymetrix GeneChip® expression array including human, mouse, rat, canine, and Rhesus expression arrays, exon arrays and DNA Analysis arrays. Data can be delivered in .CEL or .DTT file format

Gene Logic is a Agilent certified microarray service provider. Agilent’s microarrays provide excellent sensitivity and resolution. Based on 60-mer oligonucleotide probes they have low signal-to-noise ratios and a linear dynamic range that spans more than four orders of magnitude.We offer the following arrays for gene expression:
