Gene Logic's toxicology laboratories are in compliance with standards established for a BSL2 facility. Temperature, humidity, and security are continuously monitored by a computerized system. The HVAC System provides HEPA filtered air and maintains room air charges in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals. The facilities are equipped with back-up emergency generators to supply electrical power in the event of a power outage.
