After receiving an order our project management team will contact you and confirm details. Expectations will be set and the project manager will provide you with frequent status updates.

QC

We have several QC check-points and share results with client. RNA quality and quantity is determined (quantities permitting), target fragmenting/labeling is determined and we determine several QC metrics for chip hybridization We use Thermo Scientific’s NanoDrop and Agilent’s Bioanalyzer platforms to determine quantity and quality readings. Combined with our extensive experience in seeing which samples fail or are successful, we have developed a range of parameters to determine a pass or fail state for the sample.

Reports

At each QC step, results are shared with client. Final report includes all platform specific experimental and QC data in tab delimited, MAGE-ML, or custom formats. Standard bioinformatics report includes pairwise sample comparisons and p-values. Results are delivered by secure data transmission, DVD, CD, removable hard drive or any other mechanism mutually agreed upon with client.
