Sample Types

We have successfully processed over 200 tissue types, from skin to bone. And we receive samples in a variety of formats from whole blood in PAXgene tubes to flash frozen tissue. We can even provide samples from our own clinical sample collection.

RNA Isolation & Amplification

We have successfully processed over 200,000 RNA samples. We have validated protocols to isolate even limited amounts of RNA.

Globin Reduction

Our industry leading Globin blocking reagent contains primers that reduce globin contamination. Available, for human, mouse, rat, dog and primate.

FFPE & LCM

Our in-house pathologist leads our team to prepare and handle LCM samples. From staining, LCM and pathology QC, we have validated protocols. We have extensive experience processing FFPE samples. Our methods development compared multiple protocols and products to enable us process samples with the most appropriate protocol.
